  1. They were very polite and answered my questions as I asked them.

  2. I’m not understanding how my sister was denied a court appointed lawyer?

  3. From what I have seen so far was the booking in process was treated with respect and like a human. Once housed not so much. When I went to visit the first time it was good I thought my child was tripping when they said they were rude and made up the rules as they went, but after I he second and third time I saw first hand what they was talking about.Staff was rude and would say one of thing then something totally differant two me nutes latter. When asked to speak to someone it was like pulling teeth, then the one they allowed to talk to you was one of the ones that was the problem and of course there was noone else to talk to.So who do you talk to or what are you suppose to do about issues? And who really is in charge in Erath county????

  4. I am his mother and I love him

  5. My wife is currently housed there and was transferred from Somerville County, and she was not allowed a phone call, as this site states, inmates are allowed two calls upon arrival. And when she was transferred from Hood to Somerville, she was allowed a phn call. I miss my wife, being out here, with me. Yes, she obviously did something, causing her to be in there, but to some ppl, as ourselves, every call, is worth everything. Thanks for robbing us of that time.

  6. This jail has housed my son for 3 months, and I can not say anything negative. They are polite and helpful, and I appreciate them.
