A visiting schedule and rule book is posted on the website or click here. Visitors are required to arrive 20 minutes early to visitation time. All visitors are allowed 25 visitation sessions and an additional 5 minutes for walking time.

What Do I Need To Visit An Inmate:

In order to be issued a visitor pass, you must bring a valid form of identification displaying your photograph. A current Driver’s License or Texas State Department of Public Safety Identification Card will work. You must be dressed appropriately and you must appear on the visitation list in order to be granted a visitor pass.

  1. If they owe cash fines will or can they take there commissary money the jail?

    • If you go to jail lets say for something different and you have fines but they’re not in warrant status yet, they give you the option to either sit them out in jail and give you time served or you can pay them. And so if you get arrested for something and you have money on you they will put it on your books so you can use it for commissary

  9. What can a inmate take with them or keep with them or can I get a pair of tennis shoes because they have bad feet and need while serving their time at collin coutt jail? And who do need to contact to get his blood presser medication due to sever high blood pressure and high anxiety whick can triger chest pains and trigger a heart attack or a stroke and anxiety out bourst and he is going into his last stage of hep c and is very contagious, so who do I need to talk to on theze issues?
